  1. Honky Mopho...

Got my Mopho today (thanks, Shawn!!!) All I've done to this point is plug it up and take a step through roughly half the presets, but I have to say that aside from a couple UI quirks, this is an excellent box, and a…

  2. Busy busy open thread...

My wife and I got season tickets to the Oregon Symphony and the first concert was on Sunday, Beethoven's 9th. I'm continually stunned by the chops that dude had. He's all like "okay, I've got one more in me, so I'm…

  3. New Music...

We haven't done this in a while, and on a personal note I have to refresh my iPod for my drive to San Francisco next week, so I'm on the prowl for music. What's the New Hotness on your playlists? Anything out there that…

  10. Man V. Nature Open Thread...

I'm going camping tomorrow, so unlike my normal "out of the office" type things, where I'm still very much connected to the interwebs via a combination of iPhone and MacBook, I'm gonna be somewhere that doesn't even…

  11. Piano Man...

I'm going to be recording some solo piano pieces for my next album, and since I don't actually have a piano, this will necessarily involve booking studio time. Given the choice between SF, PDX, L.A., and Seattle, where…

  12. Purveyors Of The Banal, Unite!!!

IK Multimedia, everyone's favorite Italian MOTR plug-in makers, in cahoots with Line 6 to ensure that guitar tone becomes as lame as possible, have issued a rebuttal of sorts to Music Radar's Freeware Love-Fest. I have…

  13. Various Things...

First off, thanks to everyone for making this our best 24 hours ever in the history of Audio Damage. We're especially pleased/surprised since Automaton is an experimental plug-in, so this means you're willing to (a)…

  15. Macintosh Flavor Poll...

Take the poll Free Poll by Blog Flux Okay, Xcode and OS X have progressed to the point where it is getting increasingly difficult, bordering on damn-nigh impossible, to build Universal Binary versions of our plug-ins…
