Whew (#3)

Okay, it isn’t the Carnegie Hall concert, which is one of the most outstanding pieces of live concert you’re ever gonna find (check the 8 minute version of Use Me he opens the show with), but Rev. Bill preaches it like a motherfucker in this footage from 1972. There are two songs in the clip. The first one is worth watching, for certain, but the bills start getting paid at 3:55. One of my all-time favorite singers, and IMO the most under-rated singer and band of all time. Those guys could hold a vamp like nobody’s business. Color me crazy, but is that Joe Walsh on electric? Not sure about that, but it sure as fuck looks like him.
(Here is an iteration of “Ain’t No Sunshine” if you’re still feelin’ it.)
