The Big Sell Off (round three!)

Okay, we’re getting in to the home stretch now. Here’s what’s up in this one. A little more esoteric…

SCI Prophet 2000: Still available. In excellent condition electronically. 7/10 cosmetically. Analog filters and VCAs. A few disks. Makes an excellent controller, or you can resample drum loops and such. I use it mainly for resampling softsynths to give ’em a little oomf. $225. No takers on this, and I’m parting it out for the CEMs (which are worth more than the $225 I want for it.)

Wurlitzer Model 112 electric piano:** The Supertramp Special. You basically need this, no two ways about it. It needs some love, though. There are two broken tines. I went to replace one of them (I have an NOS replacement for it) and discovered that the screw that holds it in is stripped. So that would need to be drilled out and retapped. Also, the amp needs to be recapped. This thing weighs 3.6 metric fucktonnes, so shipping is basically out of the question. So if you live anywhere from Seattle to L.A., I’ll deliver. If you don’t, you’re shit outta luck unless you want to come get it. $400 takes it. Sorry. I just turned this on, and decided I’m not selling it.

Wurlitzer Sideman: The First Real Drum Machine. It’s big. It’s beautiful. It sounds awesome. It has a hum like nobody’s business. The tube drum synth portion of the unit needs to be recapped, and I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy. The tube amp portion is clean as a whistle, and sounds fucking fantastic. See above re: size and shipping. It only weighs 1.3 metric fucktonnes, for what it’s worth. Make me an offer I can’t refuse, then come pick it up, because there’s no way I’m shipping it.

Sound Labs Mini Synth PCB, stuffed. This is the PCB portion of a Sound Labs Mini Synth. All components are there except for one capacitor that I ran out of. Just add front panel pots and box to hold it, and you’re golden. I’d like out of it what I put in to it, sans time. That would be $82.00.
