Micronaut - Transformer
From the original Analog Industries archive. Some links and images from that era no longer resolve.
The third and final installment in my 3-EP “Electronics” series is now available on Bandcamp. These last five tracks complete my exploration of this particular workflow, and round out the collection to 16 tracks in all. As always, pay-what-you-want, at least a buck. Enjoy, and I’ll be happy to field any process questions at this juncture.
In other news, getting ready for NAMM. The weather in SoCal should be absolutely phenomenal for this pass through El Lay. Looking forward to it.

This has been the soundtrack for tidying my studio today. Nice work bro! Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Have a good NAMM.

Maybe this sounds lame but this will eventually be on iTunes too right? Sounds great btw :-)
Yeah, it'll be on iTunes/Amazon/Napster/Whatever in a couple days.
Although, honestly, I'm not sure why I bother. The income from Bandcamp _smokes_ any ducats from the other services.

Another excuse to give you some dollars? Sold!
Thank you.
Just for the sake of feedback... The music that you have posted to Band Camp has changed the way that I feel about instrumental music. I listen to a playlist of Resistor, Capacitor and Study One almost every day when I'm settling into work; if not on the way home. The one exception is Thumpertime, it isn't on my playlist as I feel that it's a little busy compared to the rest of those songs. At first listen, Transformer sounds like it will fit in well too. Thank you for all of your hard work, very much so looking forward to the live album.
Just bought also this one EP.
As mikle appreciation i find your micronaut work really inspiring!

Hey!
I remember also that you thought about offering CMU parts from Capacitor EP for remixing!
I'm always available for this!
I love that track!
This is a wonderful end to the series. I'm happy they all fit on one CD-R, along with Study One. I'm guessing this was intentional. Thanks for the listening experience!
I would also be interested in stems for remixing. Particularly for CMU and Systematic.

This whole series has been really outstanding!
@Chris Randall
I'd be really interested in just getting a general overview of your workflow for this EP series and what sorts of limitations, if any, you gave yourself.
What did you do for mastering on these?
