For those that can't (or won't) use the stupid embedded flash player, the demos are available at:

I love the effect on the synth demo (#2).

What you really love are my insane comping skillz. Admit it. That's the pre-caffeine Crandall Stylee in full effect.

I'm planning to extract groove templates from that guitar riff.

That rhythm is unmatched in the history of music!

(take that however you may)

Are the embedded Flash players stupid? I think they're a very cool feature: Dead simple player, with a right-click option to download the mp3. Pretty neat. The Winamp icon seems a bit weird, but not completely out of place.

But anyway.

I'll definitely be picking up Liquid. Nice job Chris and Adam. It's very cool watching a thing like this come together in a matter of days, from preview to release. You guys have an ability to *get it done* that is rarely seen in software development, and the things you get done are highly useable and sound brilliant. Thanks for another great one!

Shit. Laugh if you want. There's something besides skill; there's this little thing called "heart" and I've got it, baby.

I can't play guitar at all, mind you. Any time I razz CR about musical chops, you can safely assume that it's entirely empty razzing.

Thanks for the props, blinkman. This one did come together very smoothly. It helped that flanging happens to be one of my favorite effects and hence I've put a fair amount of thought into it over the years.

It's worth mentioning in my own defense that I'm extremely left-handed, but for some inexplicable reason I play guitar right-handed. (I snowboard, surf, and skateboard normal, too. Go figure.) So while I can fret fairly complicated things, I lack any ability to pick in anything approaching time.
