Done and done...

by Chris Randall

Okay, we're finished with the guitar overdubs, and I'm sending Miguel packing back to Chicago tomorrow, so we'll be returning to our regularly scheduled programming/fucktards/HCGP/etc. here in a short while. Sorry for the interruptus maximus over the last three weeks, but it is summer, after all. You guys should really have, like, a life and stuff.

I sent them the check today. (It took three days for the Paypal money to get in to my account.) As soon as they receive the check, they'll ship. So I'd imagine all monitor orders will be received by Tuesday next, Thursday at the latest. They already have everyone's info, and they're being packed right now.

those large harmoniums are common place in the UK - every single large second hand shop (your 'thrift' stores?) has about 5 of them...
check out the UK ebay - loads of them for next to nothing.

personally, i don't think they're worth bothering with. the smaller, portable indian ones are much nicer.

Is that a harmonium? I would call that a pump organ (ho, ho, ho). A harmonium is the little hand-pumped one with drones, I thought.

yeah - they're still harmoniums. the indian ones are themselves evolutions of the ones imported by 19th century missionaires...
the bigger harmoniums are usually referred to as 'classical' harmoniums, i think...
no difference other than size, oh and you're right - the indian ones have drones.
