Fucktard Fiesta Weekend Continues...

by Chris Randall

Fuckin' yikes. I don't know what's up with this dude, and I don't want to know. Suffice to say he has Issues, serious ones that need to be Resolved. But then again, this is from the 80s. Every morning, I wake up and thank the Music Gods that I was born in 1968, and thus am too fucking young to have been anything in the 80s but an innocent bystander.

Although, one could make the argument that being a teenager in the 80s has informed my later tastes. Just for the record, I like Bauhaus. Let's get that out of the way. But I want to punch this guy right in his pussy.

Well. Seems to be Italo Disco in the mid 80ies. I surely REMEMBER the song (as a teenager), also ZYX records (who sold a lot of 80ies Italo Crap).

Koto -> link [www.discogs.com]">link [www.discogs.com] is the artist.
Also i see that this video is from "Formel 1", german music TV (on ARD).

Fun stuff. Best for it's age. And as well crazy as the clothing style at time time (ouch, i tried to forget the 80ies).

hmmm sounds like the kind of thing someone could make a lot of money off remixing.... my memory of the ZYX label wasn't until later in the early to mid 90's, they had some big releases. Tunes that where mostly popular in the rave scene at the time.....

Are you guys sure this is from the 1980s? Just look at all that advanced Space Technology...that's gotta be some 24th century (at least) footage sent back in time somehow. What a privilege for us to see this glimpse of the distant future.

...

When you take into account some of the more dominant features of the eighties musical landscape (e.g. Bangles, Journey, REO Speedwagon) a taste for Bauhaus is certainly not the worst thing to have walked away with.

Sorry, but this isn't as bad as the Kareoke Hair Metal guy.

1. The song, while very generic, is not actually grating. It is not that bad, if entirely forgetable... it would be perfect music for the background of a factory safety orientation video.

2. This was 20 years ago.

3. It seems like it was intentionally silly, even at the time.

In a perfect world, we would have all forgotten about this, (except for the karate guy who is probably enjoying the occasional royalty check) but no, those damn internets have to bring it all back with moving pictures.
