SSL Duende page now up...

Here 'tis. The Official Word is that you get 32 channels at 44.1/48, so 16 stereo tracks, if that's what floats your boat. At 96kHz, halve that figure. Plus one buss compressor. Also, the skinny is that the code for the channel strip is lifted straight from the SSL C200 console, while the 2-buss compressor is a clone of the one on the 4000G. That makes them significantly different than the Waves products. I can't wait for a head-to-head of the two products.

i wonder if they plan on adding any other plugins or if this is it.. according to the qt mov at sonicstate it has 4 sharc dsp's

Ah. According to that (otherwise useless) movie, US list is $1899. So a street of $1600 is reasonable. I was hoping the $1600 was list.

hey all the waves stuff is run through a waveshell, same as a wrapper..
