A Wild Goose Chase...

by Chris Randall

I don't suppose any of my fair readers has an original manual for the Realistic Electronic Reverb, do they? We're doing the manual for our Ratshack Reverb today, and we wanted to use some quotes from the real thing. If you have this, and can scan it, or know where to find it online, let me know.

man, I didn't know you were making one of these, it was my very first effect unit - bought new when it came out. I hated it from day two! It was match made in hell with my Mattel Synsonic!

I'll have a rummage for the "manual", although I have a feeling it went a couple of years ago when some over-zelous burglars took everything down to my toilet brush.
I seem to remember it being 4 sides of shiny A5 format with very limited informational content.

If you have $15 left over from your FM ads, you can pick one up here:

yeah, you are one day late...

i'm in the middle of moving, want through all my old manuals and got rid of the ones i didn't need anymore- the realistic reverb manual being one of them (i've had it for like 15 yearsor something silly like that- i looked at it, laughed, and trashed it.)

next time ask BEFORE i throw it away! do you think i'm psychic or something? GEEZ! :)

Ain't that the way of it.

Well, no matter. We just thought it would be cute to use quotes from the Realistic version in the manual for Ratshack Reverb 2. It won't change the way it sounds or anything...

That should be up tomorrow, BTW.
