It's that time of year again. The annual Blue Monday sale at Audio Damage! Use the code HOWDOESITFEEL at checkout for 25% off your entire order; this includes bundles, of course.
Sale is over. Thanks, all!
One thing it
include, however, is Bitcom. Still workin' on that bad boy. But here's a picture to salivate over.

Hold on Chris.... the picture is all blurry, DOF is all wrong. I can't actually make out the controls and what they control?! :)

Thanks, but can't use that coupon! I already have every AD plug-ins!

@atlastop: That's actually a screenshot, not a photo. We're trying out a new realistic "hipsterface" look.

Is Bitcom going to be a Reason rack thing as well as a plugin? That be a spiffy every-format-ever kind of launch.
Nov.26.2012 @ 10:31 AM
No, VST3, VST2.4, and AU only at launch.
Nov.26.2012 @ 10:52 AM
Hipsterface palm... Ah, of course. Looking forward to Bitcom

The only thing I don't own is Dr. Device, and I'm not sure it is different enough from all the other plugins I have to bother buying it. By all means sell me on it!
Bitcom looks like it must be some sort of bit-crushy-thinger.
If I was going to suggest a new AD plugin, I'd propose a granular FSU thinger. I have had some good luck with Granite (
) but something that worked as an insert effect and did some pleasing things would be pretty awesome.
I know that Live has a grain delay, and there are a fair number of Max For Live and Reaktor granular FSU devices, but if you and Adam meditated on the idea I bet you'd bring something new to the table....

I've brought this sort of thing up to Adam several times, but he's a Grain Hater, and it's a tough sell. In much the same way as I am a sidechain and mix knob hater. I know, it's not logical, but there you have it.

You could come out with a plug-in which has just one knob that allows you to MIX the SIDECHAIN with the INPUT AUDIO. You could call it sMIXchain, or SIDECHIX!
Sorry, this code is taking really long to compile...

hey CR - just a curious thing i encountered while going over the FSU Bundle. Does it come with Kombinant or Kombinant Dva? The older Kombinant by itself doesn't seem to be purchaseable by itself, so i assume this is a typo or just older PR material. anyway, just wondering...
